2005 Estate Cabernets
Tasting Notes
This wine shows fresh cranberry, redcurrants, violets and a hint of smoky oak on the bouquet. The palate is medium weight with fresh ripe blackcurrants, integrated charred oak and firm tannins on the finish which will allow the wine to mature for another 4 to 6 years.
Food Suggestions: If drinking now match with some piquant firm cheese at the end of the meal.
