2008 Stephanie's Dream Heathcote Shiraz
Tasting Notes
Made from low cropped fully ripe Heathcote shiraz, this wine is very complex with concentrated ripe plums, dark chocolate, savoury meaty characters and integrated smoky oak on the nose. A rich velvety mid-palate texture gives way to tingling acidity and soft but persistent tannin.
Food Suggestions: Ideal to serve with the finest rare roasted and peppered joint of beef.
