Reserve Range

When a particular wine is of exceptional quality and also has the elegance, balance and complexity consistent with the style we aspire to produce, it will be released under the Stephanie'’s Dream label. Usually this will not occur every year, but rather only when vintage conditions at our particular site have been especially favourable and we have succeeded through the winemaking process in translating that into outstanding wine. We also release under The Collection label wines which are similarly outstanding but are made from parcels of fruit which originate from outside the Yarra Valley.
